HOW RUSSELL’S PLUMBING, HEATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING IS HELPING.

Our number one priority is the health and safety of the members of our community. Russell’s is doing all we can to ensure our call center is there to answer your calls when you need us, and our Technician and Installation Teams are following the guidelines and procedures provided by the CDC for the Corona Virus.

Beyond simply monitoring the situation, we are taking active measures to make sure our Technician and Installation Teams are practicing preventative measures to assist in your Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning needs. All of our team members are disinfecting their equipment before and after each call.

At Russell’s we are committed to reducing the risk for our community and team members. We ask that if you have been experiencing any illnesses, not only those pertaining to the Corona Virus, that you wait at least 14 days before scheduling your service. We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and adjust procedures, if necessary, so we can safely ensure everyone is comfortable in their home. Because Comfort brings Smiles.
